- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Jones is a great physician, but some of her staff is very unpersonable and rude. I have been a patient since 2009 and it seems every time I call to make an appointment/payment, they are very short with me, rushing to get off the phone. I understand they are busy, but the women in the office clearly need to learn what patience is and how to speak to people without being CONDESCENDING.May 09, 2017by A Google User
