- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My complaint is against the ssm fam med clinic on edgewood... i had a aptmt for today THAT WAS MADE BACK IN MARCH went to get my script (which i HAVE to take as a cancer preventative) from the pharmacy to take to my aptmt for them to administer like they always do. There was no script. I called the dr office to be told my dr is no longer there and their new dr is on vacation for a wk. They called my dr new office to get this script which i have been on for 5 yrs now and the dr refuse to call in my script. Said i needed to get another dr to do it... WHAT THE HELL... HE WAS MY DR TIL HE LEFT ( I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED) THE JC OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN ON THIS MED FOR 5 YRS AS A CANCER PREVENTATIVE. TO KEEP ME FROM GETTING A RAPID SPREADING CANCER. AND NOW WITH NO ADVANCED NOTICED ON THE DAY MY CANCER MED IS DUE IM TOLD TO FIND A DIFFERENT DR... THESE PLACES ARE AS BAD AS COMMUNITY HEALTH ON TREATING PATIENTS LIKE TRASH... I WILL BE LAWYERING UP BECAUSE I AM NOW NOT ABLE TO GET MY CANCER MED ON TIME.September 13, 2017by patty taggart
